28 March 2025
It has been two weeks since Embedded World 2025, an unmissable event for us at Dave Embedded Systems and the entire embedded community. Once again, the quality of visitors and exhibitors remained exceptionally high, making this edition another great success.
The event was filled with updates and industry news, with a strong focus on emerging technologies. Among the hottest topics this year were AI at the Edge and Cyber Security, both drawing significant interest from attendees.
At this year’s event, we presented three brand new Systems on Module (SOMs):
ONDA Plus – Based on the AMD Zynq UltraScale+, this ruggedised solution is designed for dual-use applications in complex environments, ensuring high performance and reliability.
ZERO SOM – Powered by the Renesas RZ/T2H, this module is the perfect choice for robotic applications. Designed in a standard OSM-L form factor, it offers seamless integration and high-speed performance.
DADA SOM – Featuring the Texas Instruments AM62, this SOM is ideal for User Interface applications. It is easy to use, simple to install, and offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio.
We also introduced the latest version of ToloMEO, which includes several significant upgrades:
AI Module Integration – Now supporting time series metric predictions and multiple quantised ML models for image classification and anomaly detection, optimised for our edge computing solutions.
Cyber Security Module Upgrade – Featuring the latest security enhancements to meet IEC 62443 standards, ensuring compliance with the upcoming Cyber Resilience Act, set to take effect in December 2027.
We would like to extend our gratitude to everyone who visited us at the event and showed interest in our technologies.
See you next year at Embedded World 2026, taking place from 10 to 12 March 2026. You will find us again in Hall 4, Stand 280!
