Return Material Authorization

In case of requests for assistance or repair service, customer has to follow the simple procedure below to return product for assistance:

Please send an email to support-<product-name> (or customer-dedicated email address) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to returning product. Sorry, DAVE Embedded Systems cannot accept any product returns without a RMA.

In this request it is important to include:

- Product Serial Number
- Reason for asking RMA – defect encountered

Our Customer Care department will open the RMA procedure sending you the RMA number.

Please include the provided RMA number on return shipping package and shipping documentation. (Items without a RMA will not be accepted, and returned to sender.)

Please ship the product back to location provided when RMA is provided; return freight charge must be prepaid, cash on delivery returns cannot be accepted.
